Where can i find the cheapest brand new LS1 crate engine?

like the questions says.. the cheapest i can find is $4,700.00.. the requirements are.. I want specifically a 5.7l LS1 Gen III motor, It has to be a brand new engine with atleast 90 day warranty, It doesn't have to have a PCM included however if you can

I wasn't able to find one after a quick search for less, but my advice (even though i know you want it new) is too search craigslist, ebaymotors, etc for a complete one that may have been pulled out of a wrecked vehicle or someone is trying to get rid
