Will a car cover for a 1997 Corvette (C5 body style) fit a 1996 Corvette (C4 body)?

We ended up receiving the wrong car cover due to a misunderstanding, and it will be expensive to ship it back and exchange it. It is a fitted cover by CoverCraft. Are the C4 and C5 body styles close enough that the cover will fit anyway with minor modifications?
