bmw engines for sale

is anybody up on engine rules? I want to know why the rules are not fair..?

Ford has a new ohc engine, and mopar has the hemi. why does nascar prevent them from running more contemporary engine designs? anybody got an idea?and why was the new engines for FORD and dodge turned down?

I think it's to have more of a monopoly on things then anything else. I am not sure why as to why the new engines for Ford and Dodge were turned down, but it could be that they were not fuel efficient. I have a V-8 engine and unless I am on the high way
