all of the sudden when I hit my brakes in my golf cart the left rear wheel gets locked up and wont realease, after hitting the pedal a few times it does but goes back to the same situation when I brake again, those are shoes brakes and they are activated
Its hard to say without seeing the cart but it sounds like you do need new brakes.
