How to mount a universal radiator ?

How much trouble is it to mount a universal radiator in a 97 c1500 chevy truck ? i am thinking of buying a griffin or be cool for the same price as stocker and running aft market tranny cooler. The only diff in the two is the universal is a little shorter

It can be done by drilling new holes or by using homemade brackets to mount it so it centers with the engine.
