How to install a honda k24 engine into a 2004 honda civic si a.k.a ep3?

I want to install a k24 from a 2005 Honda CRV into my 2004 Honda civic Si that originally comes with a k20a3. The car currently has full length dc race headers and a cold air intake. What issues well I encounter during installation?
Will I need

why!? the k24 from that year only made 160hp, your car's k20 makes about 200hp in stock form. basically, you're talking about spending thousands on an engine swap just to lose 40 horsepower. plus, the k24 is heavy as hell and your handling and weight
